While texting or talking on the phone will definitely get you in trouble, pulling off to the side of a busy road to play a video game isn’t exactly the best way to avoid a citation for distracted driving.
Police in Washington State found a man sitting in his car while parked on a road shoulder trying to catch them all on Pokémon Go, using eight phones simultaneously.
Since he wasn’t actually moving at the time, the officer didn’t issue a ticket, but did yell at him, notes The Smoking Gun.
