Former Democrat volunteer set Arizona party headquarters on fire

Police say a former volunteer, banned from the Arizona Democrat Party headquarters in Phoenix, went back and set the place on fire.

Authorities say surveillance video captured a vehicle, registered to a family member of Matthew Egler, pulling up in the parking lot. An individual can be seen getting out and retrieving items from the passenger side, before breaking the glass door to the office’s employee entrance and setting a device on fire, station WPNX reports.

The 29-year-old was arrested Wednesday morning on suspicion of arson.

Have you ever worked with someone who you thought might do something crazy after they were fired? Did they?
