Zeppelin’s John Paul Jones Working on Film Soundtrack

Led Zeppelin co-founder John Paul Jones is apparently keeping busy during his “retirement.”

The bassist and his band, Snoweye, have been recruited to score and record the soundtrack to an upcoming film called “And Anne,” director Tim Kaza reveals. The flick is expected to center on Anne, “the loneliest wedding photographer on the planet,” who attempts to “build a reality that doesn’t burn like fire,” according to its official plot description. A release date has not yet been announced.

Jones formed Snoweye in 2017 with musicians Elle Maria Eira and Lucy Parnell. They describe themselves as “ethereal, yet soulful; elusive, yet instinctive.” They perform in two languages: English and Sami, which is an indigenous Finno-Ugric language, according to the band’s website.

Is Snoweye followed by a lot of Led Zeppelin fans?
