Axl Rose Dedicates Show To Taylor Hawkins, Blasts Putin

Axl Rose knows how to pack a lot into a small space. He took to Twitter to thank the Guns N’ Roses fans for their support during their now-finished European tour, dedicated the tour to the late Taylor Hawkins, and took a shot at Russian President Vladimir Putin.

After thanking Carrie Underwood for helping out on the tour, commenting that she was “AMAZING!” and saying “At least someone could sing,” he then thanked the fans for their support of Ukraine for their fight against “an increasingly totalitarian regime ran by a callous, lying, murderous little man with outdated ambitions and no regard for human life,” referring to Putin.

GNR’s tour will pick back up in South America in September before heading to Mexico, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand.
