Fender has partnered with Baltimore hardcore band Turnstile to help launch their ‘American Professional Classic’ line of guitars and basses. The collection blends vintage aesthetics with modern performance and affordability, and includes Stratocaster, Jaguar, Telecaster, Precision Bass, and Mustang Bass models designed for durability and stage readiness. Priced between $1,500 and $1,600, these instruments offer a classic yet versatile option for touring musicians, while also being the least expensive option for guitarists and bassists looking to purchase American-made Fender instruments. “When you’re in a different place constantly, sometimes the most familiar thing is the guitar that you bring every single night,” says Turnstile guitarist Pat McCrory. “We look for something that sounds the same every time, sounds exactly how you want it, but also has versatility because spaces change. Sometimes you play outside, sometimes it sounds different, sometimes you play inside or there’s [noisy] lighting. Having some durability but flexibility is very important.” (Consequence of Sound)
