UCLA men’s basketball coach Mick Cronin is known for his edgy personality on and off the court. He might’ve taken that a step further last night.
His team is going through a bit of a rough stretch. They got blitzed on Saturday by No. 1 ranked Michigan. Then Michigan State had their way with them Tuesday night.
Tensions were high towards the end of the game. One of his players might’ve fouled an MSU player too hard when the game was already out of reach. Before officials could review the play to see of there was any malicious behavior, Cronin chose to eject the player himself.

Following the Bruins’ 82-59 loss to Michigan State in East Lansing, the UCLA head coach faced questions from the media…and it went sideways.
OMG UCLA HEAD COACH MICK CRONIN LOST MIND AFTER LOSING TO MICHIGAN STATE 💀

Did he go a little too far? Definitely. Should the reporter also have a little more awareness during that situation? Also a fair point.
