West Michigan is cleaning up after a powerful line of storms brought severe weather to the region overnight. 13 On Your Side has confirmed that two tornadoes touched down, causing damage in multiple communities.
One tornado moved through the Otsego and Plainwell area around midnight, damaging homes and buildings as it passed through. The second tornado hit near Carson City, where several barns were destroyed at a dairy farm, leading to dozens of cows getting loose.
