Sammy Hagar once again is celebrating his birthday with a multi-night live music extravaganza at his Cabo Wabo Cantina in Mexico.
Tickets for the three-night event would be made available via lottery, he announced, and it seems that fan demand has far exceeded the number of available tickets.

Sammy jumped on Instagram to inform hopefuls of how much interest there was in his birthday party. “As of today, one day, there’s over 50,000 ticket requests for 1,600 tickets total. Lottery. You know how this is. Every year it’s tough, but that’s what it is.”
The event happens at Sammy’s Cabo Wabo venue in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, on Oct. 9, 11 and 13. If you want to try your luck scoring a ticket, visit Sammy’s website. Registration for the lottery continues until July 31.
