A construction crew building a new home in Newaygo County got an unexpected surprise Monday when they uncovered what appeared to be human remains. According to Michigan State Police, troopers were called after the discovery was made while workers were digging a foundation.
Investigators believe the remains are historical in nature and say there is currently no indication of foul play.
