Another ArtPrize is in the books, and the winners of the 2026 competition have officially been announced. This year’s event was one of the largest in recent memory, featuring more than 1,000 pieces of art for the first time since 2018.
Taking home the Public Vote Grand Prize was Sketchdiet: A Year of Drawing Everything I Ate by Kristin Pennock, displayed at DeVos Place. The Juried Grand Prize went to Room for Lost Paradise by Robert Horvath, an immersive installation showcased at Herrema & Sons Piano Co. Both grand prize winners receive $100,000.
