A Bay City resident took a unique approach to making his point at a recent city commission meeting. Jeff Reed showed up dressed as Satan, complete with a “BCBP” name tag, to protest planned toll increases from Bay City Bridge Partners that are set to take effect in January 2027.
Reed, who has become known locally for creative protests, stayed in character while criticizing the bridge company’s plans.
