The Michigan Strategic Fund has approved a $560.9 million Transformational Brownfield plan for the Fulmar Development Partners’ Grand Rapids Riverfront Project.
Spanning nearly seven acres at Fulton Street and Market Avenue downtown, this initiative will turn underutilized parking lots and vacant land into a dynamic mixed-use destination.
