Chris Robinson of the Black Crowes angered some audience members in Tampa Sunday night.
A picture of the band’s mascot dressed as Uncle Sam appeared on the big screen, then some chanted, “U.S.A.” That’s when Chris said “Thanks for the geography lesson. I don’t know what you have to be so proud of.”

The Black Crowes were met with boos at their Tampa show after Chris Robinson clashed with fans chanting “U‑S‑A.”

What did he think would happen? In today’s society, you’re alienating half of your audience no matter which side of the aisle you lean towards. After seeing videos like this, you’d think these musicians would just leave politics off the stage.
