Less than a year into its existence, Grand Rapids’ Acrisure Amphitheater is already getting national attention.
The riverfront venue has been nominated for a major award from the International Entertainment Buyers Association (IEBA), recognizing outstanding new entertainment venues across the country.
Richard MacKeigan, Legends Global general manager for Acrisure Amphitheater, said it’s a testament to the positive impact the amphitheater has had both locally and within the touring industry.
If you’ve not been to a show yet, there’s still time before the end of the season. There’s still three concerts coming to the venue, along with hosting the closing ceremony for GR Art Prize.
