More than 20 breweries from across the Grand Rapids area will gather at Calder Plaza this Saturday for the annual Beer City Brewers Fest, celebrating the city’s craft beer culture and local brewing community.
The event features a unique pro-am brewing competition, where professional brewers team up with local homebrewers to create original beers. Festival attendees can sample the entries and vote for their favorites, with both a juried winner and People’s Choice Award announced during the event.
The festival runs from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. and will include live music, food trucks, disc golf, an artisan market, caricature artists, and more.
